Cascade

Cascade is a fully ‘immersive’ multi-media installation artwork that is comprised of projected video, sound, motion graphics and physical sculptural elements.

This installation piece is an exploration of appropriated and remediated themes and motifs from the 1975 Steven Spielberg film 'Jaws'. The narrative elements, music, visual elements, nautical motifs and mood of the film are combined and transformed to create an original artwork that immerses the viewer in a rich sensory environment.

​

Each iteration of the installation was site specific, incorporating architectural elements from each venue into the projected video composition.
